个人简介:
1、主要研究方向:
主要从事低维材料与器件的电子输运物理研究工作,包括拓扑量子物质、电荷密度波、过渡金属二硫化物、超导等材料及场效应晶体管器件,特别关注上述材料与器件在低温强磁场条件下的输运物理,如量子干涉效应、拓扑奇异效应等。
2、主要研究成果:
先后主持国家级科研项目3项、参与国家级项目多项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表科技论文二十余篇,主要代表作如下:
